Our Financial Policy
Following the examination and diagnosis, we can prepare an estimate for you. This is not a contract. Changes by either party can be made.
Please make financial arrangements with us, if necessary, before we start any major dental treatment. The following options are available.
- Payment at each appointment by cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa or direct payment card
- Payment plans for extensive treatment as arranged in advance
In accordance with current business practice, interest charges are made on accounts owing for more than thirty days.

Appointments
We make every effort to honour all the time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep the appointment, please notify us immediately. We ask that you please give us 48 working hours notice to avoid a broken appointment charge.
